MISSION
This site commits to improving your human capital, in general; that is each person’s knowledge, skills, and experience. We follow certain notions: (1) We are stronger when we work together for a common cause; this is building a better world; (2) contribute to making a free world, free of egotism, greed, prejudices, hate, discrimination, etc.; (3) We commit to work to establish real equal opportunities in social, political, and economic environments; (4) We work to enhance your human capital, facilitating the acquisition of tools and methods to equally compete for the opportunities;

OBJECTIVES:
The way to change our community is not with words alone but with effective and efficient actions. Deeds are the essence of change, and our objective is to make life better, freely pursuing happiness.
1. Freedom of information.
Mankind evolves as its general knowledge, skills, and experience grow – its Human Capital. But if we behave with selfish attitudes and do not share such human capital our evolution stops or is inefficiently slow. Our objective is to transfer proven knowledge, skills, and experience to those who need these, in particular, our younger generations. Humans do not need to discover reality when such reality -the human capital- already exists. Let us share our knowledge, skills, and experience with the world.
2. Enhancing your Human Capital
Differences in our societies for centuries have created wide social gaps. These gaps are a source of economical inequalities and, possibly, social unrest. We maintain that these gaps can only be closed when the balanced distribution of human capital allows each individual to reach levels of preparations for competing fairly in any free enterprise system and the free market. We hold that individual efficiency comes from the effective application of hers or his human capital. However, individual efficiency is achieved when an individual has adequate preparation to compete, fairly.

Our best change to accomplish the Excellence of life is when we work with and exchange accurate information among us. Pi Manager is committed to excellence, knowing there is one, and only one, truth and or reality. Pi Manager seek, selects and retains teachers with the highest level of knowledge, skills, and experience, so you receive the best of human capital available.

We invite you to join us in our movement – promote and advance our human capital. This site is dedicated to serve local and world communities. Come learn or mentor members’ learning; Let us all help each other with update our human capital. Students come to learn; teachers come to teach; That is our purpose.
