Action Management

Pi Manager is happy to announce the coming of a quick course on  “Time Management.” The course facilitates a guideline for you with six sections following activity blocks and steps shown on the flowchart below. It is a simple course from start to end. It is short and effective, giving you tools and methods to write, organize, and perform your daily actions.

The course considers the time management concept as action management. It defines the terms, the time and action, and their purposes in details. The knowledge section lists what you need to know about action management. The course defines other related issues, and sets the basis for using action management. In the skills section, the course presents tools and methods you needed for optimizing the use of your available time. In the section on experience, the course shows you how to accumulate experience through basic routines. In the applications section, the course suggests where to use  action’s management. The course closes with a prologue. In the prologue, the course  gives its conclusions, recommendations.

Objective

The course shows how to (1) organize thoughts and actions, (2) optimize the available time, and (3) develop a plan of actions to implement the action management process. The course explains the need to set action’s categories, and priorities. The tasks focus on maximizing actions packed in the available time. We optimize the use of time when we setup a  repeatable and synchronized plan of actions. This is the important and right thing to do for anybody.
